Didn't last long - kitchen and dining room

After 2 months of use the cable started to slip and would no longer catch the basket to keep it spinning. Too bad because I bought this one to replace the same one (although mine didn't have a rubber base) which has served me well for many years. In the end the rope broke and although my DH was able to replace it, the plastic part inside eventually broke and could not be repaired. If I could find any other type of cable puller I wouldn't buy this one, but I couldn't find any others. Such a shame.
