I love cross stitch and have bought Dimension products before with no problems. This time I had problems with the company. I needed an extra thread to complete Pooh myself. In the past, Dimensions could provide an extra thread to help with bottlenecks (I did NOT waste them, that's not enough). This time they didn't give me anything until I spoke to a few reps and it wasn't the right amount in question either. They recommended I go to a local arts and crafts store to purchase a protector using the dialogue table they provided, but that color did NOT match. Long story, prepare for the quick project can take another 2+ months to get the right color thread for your project.
