I can't find a company for more threads

Counting cross stitch is very easy and everything has been labeled correctly. Unfortunately, there weren't enough threads of one color. A phone number and website were provided in case you need more thread - the website redirects you to numerous websites which are useless and they don't call the number back. A site I contacted tried to be helpful and gave me 2 contact emails that didn't work.

There will be thread shortages!

I love cross stitch and have bought Dimension products before with no problems. This time I had problems with the company. I needed an extra thread to complete Pooh myself. In the past, Dimensions could provide an extra thread to help with bottlenecks (I did NOT waste them, that's not enough). This time they didn't give me anything until I spoke to a few reps and it wasn't the right amount in question either. They recommended I go to a local arts and crafts store to purchase a protector usingโ€ฆ
