I like how easy it is to use and the fact that you get alerts when there are updates or changes in your information. I dislike that I cannot access my account from anywhere but home and need to download an app for my phone. Make sure you have a good internet connection because it takes a while to load sometimes. It is very helpful to know if someone has been using their insurance card. I am able to see who hasn't used theirs recently. We use this to check our clients' insurance cards so we don't lose them.
