WellSky Home Health (formerly Kinnser Agency Manager®) is a web-based, mobile software solution that provides automatic Medicare eligibility checks, claims submission tools, and real-time dashboards. The solution also offers instant Medi-Span drug database screening, fast scheduling, and OASIS checks. WellSky Home Health can also be customized to serve hospice, therapy, and private duty agencies. WellSky offers tools to optimize intake, manage patients’ bookings, track referrals, and manage authorization and eligibility. Doctors and their staff members can prioritize patient care, schedule daily appointments, manage documentation, and more. WellSky’s internal email messaging system allows users to attach messages about patient care directly to the patient’s chart. WellSky Home Health includes quality assurance, claims management, and financial reporting. The solution is fully HIPAA compliant and meets CHAP, ACHC, JCAHO, and state survey requirements. The solution's agency manager tool also includes the functionality and forms for all disciplines (OASIS, SN, PT, OT, ST, MSW, HHA). WellSky Home Health also offers offline charting at the point of care, electronic visit verification, hospitalization risk management, business intelligence, OASIS review and coding, and Direct Data Entry (DDE) and payer connection.

Easy way of checking Insurance Cards

I like how easy it is to use and the fact that you get alerts when there are updates or changes in your information. I dislike that I cannot access my account from anywhere but home and need to download an app for my phone. Make sure you have a good internet connection because it takes a while to load sometimes. Fantastic customer service!! Easy, quick setup & functionality

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator to set up my accounts in order of priority so we could get our patients into treatment quickly! We were able to use this system with ease because all employees had access at home or work which helped us keep track of patient visits very well! This program did not have many features but those few are useful when you need them most such as having multiple users working together from different locations. There really isn't anything i dislike about

I like the ease of use and the ability to do everything on my own.

I like how easy it was to use for my clients with limited computer knowledge. It has helped me streamline my job as an independent contractor by creating monthly reports which are sent direct from this system instead of having to send in paper copies each month. Superb billing software worth every penny

I like how it shows you all of your billings so when we are at home or out in town having people come by for services this helps us see what needs doing next time they visit! It takes some getting used too but once familiar with everything its great!! Nothing really right now would make me change from my choice other than if i had access again through an internet issue which was not there during COVID times that's why im giving no stars here..
