I like how easy it was to use for my clients with limited computer knowledge. It has helped me streamline my job as an independent contractor by creating monthly reports which are sent direct from this system instead of having to send in paper copies each month. Nothing really. This program works well just make sure you know what type of insurance your client has so they don't have issues when filling out forms or sending them through their carrier. I like how easy it was for me or any one else who would need help with our billing process to use without having some type of experience in this area! We do not have much knowledge about computers but using this system has helped us become more computer literate. It's been quite helpful that we don't really know what all there features are as they come up during my job duties which helps keep everything organized very well and makes things easier.
