I like how it shows you all of your billings so when we are at home or out in town having people come by for services this helps us see what needs doing next time they visit! It takes some getting used too but once familiar with everything its great!! Nothing really right now would make me change from my choice other than if i had access again through an internet issue which was not there during COVID times that's why im giving no stars here.. Great tool especially since our state has been pretty dry as far medical care goes while staying safe ourselves. The ability to access my clients from anywhere in the world. It’s so easy to log in and check patient information at any time. I love how customizable it is, you can make many different reports. As with all programs there are some glitches but they have been working hard to get them fixed. I highly recommend this program for your agency! We use it for our home health and PT/OT clients.
