Vile is intense but it's clear the engineer didn't install it. If you cannot mount directly to a pole and must use wall anchors, the mounting plate will not sit flush with the wall. The anchors provide a protrusion from the wall and the back of the bracket is flush and not recessed to allow the anchor to be installed. Big failure. I just had time to post this and now I'm out of my return window. Holes in the wall are now also patched. Huge disappointment due to what would otherwise have looked like a home run.
