I've never been a fan of handheld vacuums as I've always found them to be underpowered and problematic - those sentiments have changed with the Black & Decker Pivot, which I was lucky enough to buy on one of the days of special Revains sales. But even if we paid full price I would still say it was a good deal. What's not so beneficial is keeping the pivot clean - we use ours a lot and when the filters get too dirty to clean, fitting new ones is the best way to go, especially with bag filters like Hepa since the external one is Pre-filter with fixed The shell is made of plastic and is easy to wash. Of course, it helps to have spare parts for both options. These appear to be genuine OEM products as they have a wire grip which third party filters do not have. They are easy to assemble, fit perfectly and don't sag. I also bought a new set of pre filters which go beyond this and they are also available here at Revain but from a different seller. It would be more convenient if they were sold as a set, as before, but what can you do. If you have a B&D Pivot, stock up on these as you will definitely need them.
