Time will tell: Network adapter

I searched for hours and finally decided on PAU06. I received it in the mail on May 1st, 2020. Today is May 13, 2020 so this is a 13 day review because that's how long I've been using it. Regardless of the time of day, PAU06 works flawlessly. My son uses this computer for online learning. He is 4 years old and has no problem streaming HD videos with his teacher. First, make sure the PAU06 is connected to a USB 2.0 port. When setting up my computer, the USB 3.0 ports were causing the PAU06 to overheat. I contacted Panda support the same day I received it. They responded immediately and said to move it to a USB 2.0 port and the issue was resolved. If you don't know if it's too hot, check your child's forehead to see if they have a fever. It's obvious when it's too hot. The computer I use is a DELL OPTIPLEX 9020 CORE i7vPro with 32GB RAM and 80GB HDD (it was free). The manufacture date of this computer is 20140606, which means that the computer is at least 6 years old. The current operating system I'm using is Fedora 32 (workstation version). The Wi-Fi router is a 343 Mbps DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem/router with Wireless-N and Gigabit Ethernet support. It is manufactured by ZOOM Telephonics with model number 5352. It works in the 802.11 2.4 GHz band. At 3:00 PM I ran a simple speed test of Ookla in the Firefox browser when the computer was directly connected to the modem and it showed an average value. Ping 12, average download speed 200 Mbps and average upload speed 6 Mbps. It should be noted that this is the highest number I've seen, as Xfinity usually caps this. Similarly, I ran a simple speed test of Ookla in Firefox browser on this computer setup running PAU06. The computer is about 20 meters away from the router in the next room. The average ping was 10, the average download speed was 50 Mbps, and the average upload speed remained unchanged at 6 Mbps. The data didn't change whether I was using 40MHz or 20MHz bandwidth. Even if the channel interference level was severe, it did not change the data. What changes was the time of day I take the test. However, lower speeds have nothing to do with PAU06. It's a router that somehow limits the Wi-Fi speed. Also, if I disable WMM on the router, none of my wireless devices can connect to Wi-Fi. So it's not an option. Around 1700 I disabled the XPress technology on the router and now the download speed is around 80Mbps.

Pros
