I like the idea that something screws on so I don't need a wrench. One of my OEM stuff fell out during use (not impressed) and another stopped working with the key. Well I really liked this idea but the bolts they sent me were too long. After trying to align the backplate horizontally (trust me - put double-sided tape on it), I lifted the clasp on its own and found it was about 3/8" too long - and pressed against the edge of the bed. Yes when they don't get simple things right it's really thought provoking either cut through the bolts with a dremel or put a washer and lock washer underneath I give it 3 stars for letting it but Dee Zee need to put shorter bolts in the kits.
