I heard people say they had broken parts and thought they could have done it or they broke in transit. But this product arrived without an internal spring, which I discovered after closing a door. It entered without violence and fell apart completely after closing once. During assembly I noticed that one of the ears was broken. My guess is that it was a return that someone broke and sent back, or broke in production and just walked away. For this reason I have to give one star.
