Poor quality control, unusable.
Bought this carrier for our new puppy. When the product arrived it looked pretty sturdy until I started checking the size and closing the door. One of the metal supports simply lay on the bottom of the beam. The support pocket was cut open in the middle and sewn up at both ends so that the entire metal support could not be tucked in. The device cannot be used. Sent back for a refund. Poor quality control of this product.
