No, this will not fit. But I used longer screws and cut the springs so it seems to work. The flange is too small for the "bell" at the end of the muffler pipe between the converter and the muffler. The sinter ring works well. I rotated the inside of the flanges slightly and shortened the tension springs. Distance between flange holes is too short. It's goobed but it works. Ford is getting $425 for the muffler and pipe, so we'll see how long this fix takes. Great quality, if you have a car it will be custom made.
