Review on Exterior Avalanche Silverado 2007 2014 Passenger by Deejay Allard

Finish: I bought these for my 2011 Silverado 2500hd Crew Cab. I read some reviews that said the finishes weren't very good, but in my case they looked fine. There were some minor blemishes, but you had to get up close and find the blemish to see it. Fitting: I ran into a problem here. they fit the truck perfectly. The dowel pin was in the right place BUT only one of the screw holes matched (closest to the door latch) and I had to try tightening both screws and pulling one out to figure it out. The solution is to run a chainsaw file into the inner hole and enlarge the hole toward the front of the truck to line up the bolts (this only takes a couple of passes, but make sure you put some paint on the area you filed to prevent rust ).Function: They work great! I thought they would feel cheap or flimsy but they feel really good. The time will show. I would buy it again, just wish I had torn the first one I installed.
