This hairnet was great and I'm sure it will do the trick once you learn how to put it on. However, we were at our first horse show and struggled to put it on and all of my daughter's hair under the helmet (she has thick hair). Despite the fact that we trained at home, it was difficult for us under the pressure of the show. One of her teammates gave her a knotless net that you simply have to pull over your neck and then back over your hair. It was quick and easy without a mirror. So I threw this one in the trash and ordered 2 designs with no knots.
