Review on Sanus MF209 B1 Articulating Discontinued Manufacturer by Robert Helstrom

Do not order this product if your TV uses M8 screws, even if the screw holes on the back of your TV are 200mm x 200mm. The problem with this product is that the distance between the screw holes on the small and large plate does not match the product description. For example, 100x100mm holes on a small panel are actually 100x100 on one side BUT 110x110 on the other side. So if your TV requires M8 mounting screws (which have a larger diameter than M6, for example), then the holes on the plates supplied by Sanus are too far apart. Only smaller diameter screws will fit any TV. I think in the sanus world 200mm x 200mm = 210mm x 210mm. I contacted Sanus and they asked me to return the Revain product as it does not fit my 32" TV (Samsung UN32C6500VF) which has a 200mm x 200mm hole. I have to re-drill two holes on the mounting plate to get them close together as I don't want to pay shipping to return this item and then double the cost of the other. Addendum: I contacted Sanus again and they basically do not honor the guarantee. They say that I have to send it back to Revain and that Revain is not an official Sanus dealer. The Revain returns page states that the product can only be returned on credit and cannot be substituted for another as it is out of stock. But when I look at the Revain website it says the item is in stock and they have 10 new ones.
