I am very happy with the pads themselves. They don't squeak at all and have a better stopping feel than the stock pads (on the 2009 Challenger R/T). However, you MUST make sure you read the manufacturer's break-in instructions. Press down firmly on the floor and step on the brake, which will make the squeak go away after a few minutes. The pads are very dusty for the first 500 miles or so, but this is also mentioned in the manufacturer's break-in documentation. Once you get past the first 500-1000 miles the dust level drops below the performance of the stock pads, the squeak is gone and you're good to go.
