Annoying but effective

Those brakes squeak! They also shed more dust than you would expect from ceramic pads. On the plus side they hold up much more efficiently than stock pads and as my car is used for emergency services I can put up with noise and dirty rims.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • So far so good

Highly recommended. These things are way better than stocks.

These things were a lot of dust when I first installed them, but they stop the car a lot better than stock pads. I would definitely recommend slotted rotors. They're on my heavy 2007 Dodge Magnum RT. I highly recommend these brakes.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Almost never

Perfect match for EBC rotors RK7241

2011 Dodge Charger Hemi 5.7 AWD Front Pad Kit. Ideal for EBC RK7241 rotors. Smelly brakes. Clearly one step above the factory function without noise. I expect them to improve after braking and I see little red spots through the calipers. Cold! :) ---- UPDATE ---- 07/05/2018, these brakes saved my car and maybe even life. I was driving 40 miles an hour and a car pulled out of the alley. I was able to slow the airbag deployment rate before impact. Wonderful!

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • old

High quality but VERY dusty to break in

I am very happy with the pads themselves. They don't squeak at all and have a better stopping feel than the stock pads (on the 2009 Challenger R/T). However, you MUST make sure you read the manufacturer's break-in instructions. Press down firmly on the floor and step on the brake, which will make the squeak go away after a few minutes. The pads are very dusty for the first 500 miles or so, but this is also mentioned in the manufacturer's break-in documentation. Once you get past the first…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties
