Review on ERapta Generation Reversing Starlight Waterproof by Brandon Kraemer

Installed this camera in my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon along with a small display from the same manufacturer. Camera and monitor work well. Mounting the camera and display was easy. The image was upside down so I flipped the camera by bending the included bracket to fit it on the correct side, with clearance for the tailgate handle as well (see image). Please note that the camera requires at least 12V. My taillight only provided 11.4V to the camera, so it didn't provide a strong enough signal, which caused the image to scroll on the display. (Recommend checking this first) I ended up using a small relay activated by the rear reversing light to connect/control 14 volts from the front cigarette lighter which also powers the display. I used a reverse trigger cable to get that 14v from the back.
