Good quality! for my opinion

It's a very good size for bread making. Nice and oversized for transferring dough. My only dislike is that on one of the ends it is also sharp & beveled. And if you're not careful I think it's a little dangerous & unnecessary.

Pros

Accurate Measuring Scale: One side of the blade has a 6-inch scale, each inch is subdivided into 1/8 inch marks for easier measurement, which is very suitable for cutting out the required size. The Inch measurement markings are etched into the blade, won't fade or rub off like plastic. Even though throw into dishwasher won't wear.
