I have a number of issues with the product that have gone unanswered for months. When I first signed up for the service, I was told I could not cancel my subscription because I had already paid for it. A few weeks later, I tried to cancel and was told that I couldn't do that without paying another month's fees. They kept me from cancelling, and refused to refund my money. Finally, I complained and said that I would have to cancel my account if they didn't provide me a way to end my contract. They gave me the option of cancelling my account, but I still needed to pay the rest of the month's fee before being able to cancel. If you try to cancel this product, expect to be charged for the remainder of your contract, regardless of whether you actually want to continue using the service. This product is so bad that it's almost impossible to recommend.
