I like that it allows me to see what type of customer are coming through our website. It also helps us understand how much inventory we have left for each campaign so we can optimize accordingly. The price is very high compared with other similar tools out there (ie. Salesforce). Also sometimes you get an error when trying to log into your dashboard which makes things difficult at times. Make sure to use this product as more than just a lead management tool - if so then i do not recommend using!
