One is broken, no response from manufacturer

I have ordered to keep them just in case my current radiant heater dies. Unfortunately, I never opened the packaging until many months later when I discovered that one of the bulbs inside the packaging was broken. It was too late to send back via Revain and when I emailed the manufacturer as stated on their business card they ignored me. The other bulb works fine. but that's not much anymore as I only got one working bulb for the price of two.
