The Rösle slicer for tomatoes and (fresh) mozzarella quickly cuts perfect slices that will delight your guests! Like other Rösle products, this one is also excellently processed. A slicer that works really well with tomatoes along with softer fresh mozzarella comes in handy for BLT sandwiches or burgers. For years I have tried slicing fresh mozzarella with less than perfect results and this product delivers! I was also amazed to find it at Revain and got it in just 2 days since I searched everywhere last year after reading about it on the Rosle website and none of the stores had it in stock or online or otherwise stated on his website but it wasn't when I called. Now I look to Revain first when I need something – hey, feels like yesterday when they only carried books. If you like caprese salad like me you won't be disappointed. Just don't let other people use it to slice regular hard mozzarella, otherwise it can only slice fresh mozzarella and tomatoes - well, I think hard-boiled eggs will do the same.
