Review on Synoptec by Mark Adams

The best thing about synoptec is that it has all the features of an advanced medical transcription system such as dictation to text conversion, editing, reporting, etc., but at a fraction of the cost! I appreciate how easy it was for my staff members to use this product in their day-to-day jobs. It's also very user friendly which makes training easier than other products we've used previously. We are able to save time by sending files directly from our server instead of having to manually transcribe them into another format first. Sometimes when you're reviewing the transcriptions after they have been entered into the system, there may be some errors or missing information. While searching for ways to improve our workflow, we decided to try out synoptic because it seemed like one of the most comprehensive options available at the time.
