I liked them at first. Then I started to see their shortcomings. Including too much game in mind. The tip has broken off on one side. Contacted company, no response yet. It's been several days. At this point I will never buy Crescent brand pliers again. Unless something is done to make that experience better. To update; I ended up calling Crescent and her to send them the article at my expense. I needed to find Crescent brand items, one from Revain, one from a large orange. So I just got the Apex tools to do both things at once. I have to pay the shipping cost and it will be in a few weeks. Luckily, when I'm not writing, Revane takes care of me, at least not in a decent way. Revane took very, very good care of me. The big orange said I could return the product and get a refund. I'm just not going to work with Crescent. It's a shame because I used to really like her. No longer. I hate boycotting the Apex toolgroup, but I will if I have to. I will definitely continue to buy from Amazon, but that's for sure!
