
I like that we can communicate directly with our clients and have access to all documents needed for enrollment. The system does not provide any way to export data into other systems (i.e., FHIR). Notifications are sometimes delayed in reaching their destination or end up being sent multiple times. It would be helpful if there was an option to receive notifications when they’re received by my team instead of having them wait until it goes through the entire workflow process before getting notified again. We use Availity as a tool for communicating patient eligibility requirements from one provider organization to another.
