This brand is really strong and the teeth are not crooked as can be seen in the PHOTOLISTS of other brands. Let's talk about DGAF. The included knife pictured and intended for the set worked great for me initially, I guess it's an individual preference. But it's VERY KIND of this seller to pay attention to those who mentioned the issues and now he's included an extra long bread knife as a free bonus along with the knife that comes with the kit. Haven't used the bonus knife yet, but it seems to be at least average quality. The stand is very attractive and has a smooth surface. I just wish ALL I saw wasn't bamboo. A good hardwood would be better to add durability from the inevitable wear and tear and ridges of sharp knives on contact when tasting bread. Since he has his own knives, I would recommend a VERY slightly dull one. It's for bread, so no razor sharpness required, and the wood will thank you. Overall I'm happy with it. It works more than well for me1 and looks good. I would confidently recommend to friends and family or give as a gift to baking lovers. A++ for well thought-out bonus! Well, hopefully this doesn't get confused with the 'shared' review mashup with other brands, as happens all too often with my other reviews on here.
