Review on Dotted Notebook Journal, Pocket 3.5 X 5.5 Memo Book - Thick Dot Grid Paper - 96 Sheets / 192 Pages by Dustin Ramsey

I recently ordered these as a refill for a Midori travellers notebook cover (passport size). I have found that for me, 3.5x5 inch Field Notes booklets, 3 at a time, are the ideal refill for the cover. However, Field Notes does not have a fountain pen friendly edition. Several retailers including Goulet Pens stock 3.5x5 inch Tamoe River notebooks, but these typically cost 5-6 dollars per booklet. When I received these booklets I tested them on both sides of the sheet with several different inks and pens, and found the paper to be smooth and to resist feathering, bleed through, etc. It is somewhat heavier than Tamoe River.
