Much better than fancy gimmicks
I love love love this thing. I've had a few "fancy" bottle openers and all kinds of designs - bunnies, winged corkscrews, a two prong corkscrew, weird, a bit like a lily, and this one is by far the best. It's durable and won't break easily like others. The corkscrew is smooth and easy to step on. The knife is comfortable and easy to open. All connections are flexible and easy to open and close. You can use it on both corks and beer bottles. I know counterfeiting is a problem with this item but we got the original and are very happy with it.
