Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Classic Built Handheld Console Player by Robert Pierce

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A good start but it looks like a work in progress.

As a retro game enthusiast I love these little handheld systems. I just had to take a look and see how it competes with others in this price range. The device comes in a box with a game console, user manual, RGB AV cable, cloth bag, wrist strap and micro USB cable. . The device has 4 direction buttons, AB and T, start, select and reset buttons. There is also a power button and a volume control. There's also a micro USB port for charging and a headphone jack. You can open the battery cover to take out the battery and use 3 "AAA" batteries in the device. The NES 218 games are pretty standard jump/run/hit style with no need to save. Many of them are imported in Japanese. There is no option to add your own games or use RPGs for saved games. The use of the device is ok. The buttons work well, in all games it's fine. There are too many imports and the games tend to be repetitive in playstyle and there aren't enough classics on the device that you want. The battery life is decent and I could play for a few hours without much worry. If it allowed to expand games with the SD slot or download more games I could see it cost around $50. But for such a limited unique library and no expansion, this isn't exactly for you or your kids. For those looking for a retro experience, there isn't enough here.
