Review on 30-Gallon Propane Tank Cover - Diamond Plated Steel Vinyl, Double Layer Protection - 2713 Silver by Tony Basler

I felt I needed to make a couple modifications to make this acceptable. I put a couple grommets along the bottom to use to tie it down. I added a lid on my bottle so it wouldn't cut the cover. The diameter is a bit small so it doesnct velcro over the part of the tank where there's a bolt to tight the retaining band that hold the tank in place. It was inexpensive; It works, mostly.
