I'm having trouble with interference when connecting a device and two Baofeng radios to a 100 watt portable generator set. A 12v battery I bought here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product /B01M3S00H0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The repeater gets jammed and gets stuck in transmit mode, constantly sending squelch , until I turn it off 12V power supply Now I've spent over $100 to solve this problem with battery rectifiers, battery extenders, and various cigarette lighter power adapters. Now I'm thinking about buying a separate battery and charge controller. So far nothing has solved the problem and I'm trying to build a portable solar repeater but it's going to be an expensive project.
