Does a great job keeping my trailer rubber roof looking new. My trailer is over 3 years old and the roof looks crisp white and as new as the day I bought it. In addition to cleaning, this product provides UV protection to the roofing material to protect it from sun damage. I apply it to the roof twice a year with a car wash brush (soft) and bucket: in the fall before trailer storage and again in the spring when preparing for the new touring season. I park my trailer outdoors uncovered under trees and it is exposed to lots of rain, snow, tree blossoms and pollen and a gray film from the Pacific Northwest. This product will take care of all of that. This product is much cheaper and easier to buy and use than paying for covered storage of my trailer. And even if I did, I would still use this product once a year.
