Installation: If you're worried about the complexity of installation, don't worry. It was extremely easy. I put off installing it after it arrived because I wanted to be skiing in 2 days and didn't want to get in trouble and have a tailgate that wouldn't close. Turns out I had it installed in about 30 minutes. It only takes so long because you're removing and replacing screws and reading the instructions. The frame (outer plastic triangle outside) can be easily removed. The hardest part is probably releasing the bars from the clamps, which isn't all that difficult. Don't be afraid to install it yourself unless you're a real sucker with the slightest amount of mechanical work to rotate the outlet. Quality: Doesn't feel as good as a Chevy made pen, but doesn't feel bad. The key appears to turn normally. I only had it briefly. If I encounter any problems I will update this post.
