I bought this for a boat I'm keeping in Baja. We installed it following all mfg instructions. It runs. the screen is fully displayed but does not execute any commands. I reinstalled it to follow the instructions again to make sure we didn't install it wrong. Same problem. We removed the radio and packed it up. I brought it home to the US. I spoke to Revane about this. They said the 30 day return period had expired (it couldn't be installed and tested during that time as the boat was out of the country). They gave me instructions on how to contact PYLE. I have made . Bottom line, shipping and returning the product is costing me more than the cost of the device. So I basically just spent money on this device which is now no more than the weight of paper. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE. and if you really pay attention to test it as soon as you get it.
