Bought this for my daughter who after graduating from a southern college developed a "taste" for hammocking.we live in new York. Up to now both her and my husband and myself have been very pleased with the hammock. We got both the stand and the hammock itself. Before deciding on this product, I did TONS of research. After all was said and done, I opted to go with this one because of : 1) aesthetics (the colors are very vibrant) 2) ease of use (a hammock is supposed to follow the contour of your spine and give you the being enveloped feeling. This one fits the bill.) 3) Ease of storage and transport 4) stability of the base 5) Design of the product (sturdy hooks) 6) quality of the fabric (dries quickly if it gets wet) and finally 7) the PRICE! Great price for such a good product. Would highly recommend it and to those of you who own it. safe hamocking!
