This multifunctional stool is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a 20-inch stool to sit on for isometric exercises while also wanting a sturdy, all-purpose stool. After dropping the included Allen tool and ignoring the graphical instructions, the build went pretty smoothly. The packaging was excellent and all parts were in stock. The first thing I recommend is to throw away the Allen key that came with it and replace it with an actual tool of the same size (I wish I could tell you what size it is). The included Allen key is not only inadequate for driving screws (narrow pre-drilled holes require significant hand strength even with a professional Allen key), but it requires something I miss to get it off hard ground. There are no labels on the parts and no instructions other than almost useless graphic instructions. I suggest laying out the day before the drawing on the floor in the form of a plan to visualize how everything will fit together. The finished assembly deserves my five star rating, but reviewers gave this manufacturer one of them. The stool makes a robust and durable impression. I recommend it to anyone looking for a really simple yet functional chair that is sturdy yet looks like it was meant to be hung in a classroom.
