As a result of using this foam ring i found that my bike`s shock absorption was greatly improved.Even on bumpy terrain, the ride was much smoother. The installation was easy and it has held up well so far. The only con is that it only fits certain models of forks, so make sure to check compatibility before purchasing. Overall, I highly recommend this product for any cyclist looking to improve their ride..
