As a scientific project, but not user-friendly

At first, the announcement did not contain any information about the complexity of use. For example, it boasts of "automatic calibration" and goes on to say that "also" the [included] buffer powder can be used (multi-step process). But you MUST use the powder as directed. And you also need to use more powder if (get it) the device is "inactive for a long time" OR "used too much". In other words, if you use too much OR too little, you will incur the additional expense of purchasing buffer powder and the extra steps required to use it. Also, before the first use, you need to rinse it in distilled water and then dry it with filter paper. Even if you have this material on hand, good luck "drying" when the probe is sunk. Who wants to play around with this thing? Back to paper PH strips for me.

Pros
  • [✔Automatic temperature compensation]The pH tester has an ATC function, so it can be adjusted according to the water temperature to get the pH value almost instantly.
Cons
  • It was possible to choose a newer model
