Review on 🔧 Aluminum Water Hose Fitting Replacement for BMW 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, Z4 (Engine N52, N53, N54, and N51 3.0L) – Compatible with 11537541992, 11537544638 by Bishop Roshad

I came across this part almost a year ago while searching for so and so for my BMW E93. I bought it back in March 2020 and have not been able to install it until today February 15, 2021. My old part wasn't bad so I just hesitated. So pretty easy setup. Two 10mm bolts and a knife to cut off the old hose. The standard hose is a disposable clamp, after cutting you can simply insert a new part and put it back on. Just a few small notes. Firstly, the small o-ring looks different from the photo, I think it's not big. Also, this clip is huge, too big for this application. So I just used a screwdriver to trim it down to size and used a dremel tool to trim off the excess length. I also removed the o-ring that came with the kit and kept it as a backup. I have a bag full of all size o-rings for all coolant fittings so I used one of those. I installed this on a 2010 E92 with an N52 engine. Fits perfectly. I didn't have to remove any parts for easy access, and unless you have to fiddle around like I did, it's a 5 minute job. My car has about 77,000 miles and the old part looks ok just thought this aluminum should work as long as this car works. For the price, just stop worrying about that plastic piece.
