Probably suitable for 90% of CrossFit workouts.

I bought this product to protect my hands from blisters and tears. In general I had no problems. I took down Murph with these bandages with no problem. I did 30-25-20-15 pull-ups/bench presses and blistered. Overall, I think the bandages are okay because I only bought them to prevent blisters from forming. I guess it's fair to say that if you don't do a lot of pull ups on them they should be fine, but I'm just not that into them right now. I've been doing CrossFit with them for a few months with no problems.
