I have a shop vacuum, model WD06200. This .

I have a shop vacuum, model WD06200. This was sold as a direct replacement and is not. The original filter is 9" long, this one is 8.25". To get it working I had to cut the rubber grommet off one side of the original filter and attach it to the end plate allowing the wing nut to be tightened securely. Who knows if he will work without pressure to work freely. live and learn I'll buy the next one where I can actually put a tape measure on it just to be sure. It doesn't matter if you save a few bucks if it doesn't fit.
