The kit includes a special brush for cleaning the grate. From the pluses, I would also like to note very quiet operation. I was also pleased with the power of the juicer. There is one downside, in my opinion. Soft apples make more puree than juice. Therefore, if you do not want juice with pulp, it is better to use hard, juicy fruits. Overall a great juicer. I recommend.
