This pump is outdated. It says it can be used to pump gasoline. I have 20 gallons of gas for my generator in case a hurricane shuts the power off so I haul gas in my car after hurricane season, don't like storing that much volatile liquid, plus the gas gets old. I could pump 10 gallons into my car. The piston became increasingly difficult to move. The pump body is somewhat translucent and I saw that the o-ring on the piston has come loose. The thing broke after one use. Don't waste money if you want to transfer gas.
