I've used it to change diff fluid a few times and it's still holding up. The only thing I don't like is that the hose sometimes gets kinked, making it difficult to vacuum. It still works, just be careful when storing the hose. I just cut out the bend as there is often a lot to play with (you will get 2 pieces about 3ft or more in length). Or just buy a cheaper hose from the parts store. All in all I would buy one of these devices again.

Excellent for pumping liquids. I first used this to remove a lot of standing water from the gutters to fix some gutter holes. The first few pumps were accompanied by a continuous flow of water until it ran out. The trick to getting a steady flow is to keep the pump below the water or liquid level. I'm sure I'll use this for other applications. It also has a hose and nozzles for pumping air.

This pump is outdated. It says it can be used to pump gasoline. I have 20 gallons of gas for my generator in case a hurricane shuts the power off so I haul gas in my car after hurricane season, don't like storing that much volatile liquid, plus the gas gets old. I could pump 10 gallons into my car. The piston became increasingly difficult to move. The pump body is somewhat translucent and I saw that the o-ring on the piston has come loose. The fill hole on my 2014 Honda Pilot transmission is almost impossible to reach. I saw a youtube video that suggested filling with a transfer pump. It ended up looking as dirty as the long pipe I slipped over the funnel last time. This pump didn't help, the red hose has too much memory and kept trying to roll back causing the last half of the bottle to spill when I hit the limit and tried to remove the plumbing. The pump itself worked great and it seems that it comes with a ton of accessories…

You won't find anything better at this price point. I used it to drain my water softener. The softener is buried in the ground outside and over the last few years some dust has collected in the water along with what appears to be very fine leaf particles. I had to pump rather than suction to get the water out, but it went well and it didn't take long to drain about 5-6 gallons of water. I was also happy to see that the leaf particles were sucked up and removed without affecting the pump itself.
