If it works, it's good. However, after about 5 months the safety valve (pressure release) on it began to leak, preventing the pressure from building up enough to create a proper crema. About 7 months later I emailed Kamira and they asked me to make a video of the failure. I posted a closeup video of a leaking safety valve showing both steam and water escaping around the valve. The video clearly shows the leak and that the coffee jet is weak due to pressure leaks at the safety valve. I've even made sure the screen is clear enough to see through (not blocking steam, for example). I also explained how I got decent foam before it started leaking. Your Answer? That I can buy a new valve from their store and that they won't redeem it under their 5 year guarantee! Why should I spend more money on a company that is not responsible for their product?
