Excellent device. The Java plugin is slow when making changes and doesn't work on all of my Windows XP machines. I almost returned it because I tried it on a PC first, even after all the recent updates didn't work properly. I thought the product was full of bugs until I tried another computer. Everything worked as expected on the other PC, but it takes time to understand the product. In a large setup like mine with 200+ Insteon and X10 devices it would take 10 hours or more to update all the devices. No matter how complex your setup is, it's better to start from scratch and repeat all scenes and links. If you don't, you'll spend more time fixing and understanding what the system imported and you'll end up deleting everything and starting over. I've tried contacting support via their email/forum and haven't received a response, so the support seems very poor. However, the device works well and is very reliable once you understand how it works and set up the right computer/java for the job.
