The ease in which it can be used, how detailed all information provided by insurance companies are given when searching for benefits/credits etc., easy access (no need or time spent downloading software) allows quick searches without needing multiple programs! There really isn't anything I dislike about this program as far too many other products available today do not have these features at such an affordable price point!! Great product if looking into purchasing something similar but would like more options than just Aetna Blue Cross PPO plan selection & Medicare Part B option selections - great way around having two separate applications /programs required from different vendors- only one application through casambaclinic will allow us greater control over our benefit plans being offered via various health insurances providers we work wtih daily.- overall very happy user so no complaints here except possibly minor issues relating back tot he fact they did discontinue their service last year during transition period however was able tp continue.
